3 ．毕业生入学法律学士课程，学制 3 年，入学途径：已经具有澳大利亚或者海外大学学士或者以上学历（在海外已经完成相当于澳大利亚本科第一年学习的学生也可以申请）

4 ．墨尔本法学院专业博士（ The Melbourne JD ），学制 2 年，入学途径：已经具有澳大利亚或者海外大学学士或者以上学历，不要求本科专业为法律，但是由于竞争激烈，一般要有相关工作经验。

蒙纳士大学

澳洲顶尖的八所大学（ GROUP EIGHT ）集团成员。位于墨尔本的巨型大学，充满活力的“世界大学”。建立于 1961 ，在墨尔本及周围分布有六个校园，此外另有校园位于马来西亚吉隆坡及南非约翰内斯堡。在澳大利亚蒙纳士大学是校园最大，在校学生最多的综合性重点大学。蒙纳士大学法学院是澳大利亚比较年轻的法学院，但是发展迅速，已经成为澳大利亚培养法律人才的主要基地之一，并且学校本身可以为法律本科毕业生提供律师职业培训（ Practical Legal Training ）。

2 ．双学位课程，学制 5.5-6.5 年
